Product Introduction:

The servo tensioner is a newly developed model by our company. This model delivers stable performance and adopts a closed-loop control system. It also features: 1. Tension setting, 2. Upper and lower limit alarm configuration, 3. RS485 communication function. Its control accuracy can reach ±2% of the full scale. A stepper motor (or brushless motor) is used for active wire unwinding. It can operate at different speeds under threading and normal winding modes. Equipped with the latest angle sensor, it offers sensitive sensing. Combined with the motor, it achieves faster start and stop responses.

Within the warranty period (including the Three Guarantees validity period), the "Three Guarantees" service shall not apply under the following circumstances:

1. Product failures or damages are caused by the user operating the product in working environments not designated by our company (such as power supply, temperature, humidity, etc.).

2. Product failures or damages result from the use of consumables that are not original or designated by our company (Example: tension rods not manufactured by our company).

3. Failures, damages or loss of product components caused by improper user storage (such as rodent damage, insect infestation, liquid seepage, foreign object ingress and other similar causes).

4. Failures or damages caused by human factors; or failures or damages arising from operation not in accordance with the usage methods and precautions specified in the product user manual.

5. Failures or damages incurred during product handling and transportation by the user.

6. Failures or damages caused by force majeure.

Warranty Terms:

1. If the warranty service geographic scope extends beyond Chinese mainland, the customer shall bear the mailing costs.

2. Where the user fails to present valid warranty documents (warranty card, proof of purchase).

3. When applying for return or exchange services, the user must provide a valid invoice, warranty documents, the original product packaging and the accessories included at the time of product purchase.

4. Consumables (tension rods, wool felts, compression springs, tension springs, power cords, triangular handles) are not covered under warranty.

5. No liability shall be assumed for indirect losses, future earnings or similar losses suffered by the user due to product malfunctions.

Important Safety Instructions for Product Use:

1. Only use the power cord supplied with this product. Using other power cords may cause fire or electric shock. Do not use this power cord for any other equipment.

2. Do not touch the tension rod and tension wheel while the device is operating.

3. Do not repair this product by yourself unless specifically stated in the documentation.

4. Do not place or store this product outdoors, in low-temperature environments, in areas with excessive dust and dirt, near water or heat sources, or in locations prone to vibration, shaking, high temperature or humidity.

5. Do not allow liquid to splash onto the product, and do not operate the product with wet hands.

6. Do not strike any shafts on the product to avoid damaging it.

7. Slight heating during product operation is normal; you may use it safely.

8. The winding speed shall not exceed the maximum speed of your purchased model, and the starting speed of the winding equipment shall not exceed 1m/s.

9. It is strictly prohibited to operate with mismatched machine models. Strictly abide by the usage hour limits. Unauthorized disassembly and assembly of components without prior consultation are forbidden.

Product Failures and Maintenance:

1. The following failures can be repaired by yourself:

1. Knob falling off (just reinstall the fallen knob).

2. Enameled wire slipping (clean dirt on all guide wheels and replace the wool felt).

3. Poor reset of the tension lever after sudden shutdown during operation (replace the tension spring if it breaks; if the tension spring is intact, replace it with a larger one).

4. Jumper preventer damage (you can purchase a new one from the manufacturer and replace it by yourself).

The following failures require sending the product back to the manufacturer for repair:

1. Unstable tension.

2. Tension still fails to meet usage requirements after multiple adjustments.

3. Indicator light does not turn on.

4. Abnormal noise from the motor.

5. Angle sensor fails to start normally.

Equipment Preparation:

① Take out the tension rod from the accessories, select a tension rod of suitable size according to the required tension (refer to the selection table). Insert the tension rod into the rotating shaft and tighten the screws. Install it in the direction shown in the figure.

② Take out the tension spring from the accessories, select a tension spring of suitable size according to the required tension (refer to the selection table). Hang both ends of the tension spring at the positions shown in the figure. Normally, use Hook No.1. If the required tension cannot be met even after replacing the tension spring, switch to Hook No.2.

③ Adjust the tension knob and wool felt knob to proper positions (repeatedly adjust 2 to 3 times according to the operating tension).

Product Maintenance:

1. The operating environment shall be dust-free and static-free.

2. Exposure to direct sunlight and rain is prohibited.

3. Operating temperature: -5℃~40℃; Operating humidity: 30%~80%

4. The enameled wire used shall be kept clean with no impurities or oil stains on the surface.

5. Prevent the equipment from dropping and impact.

6. Guide wheel maintenance: Each guide wheel on the equipment shall be wiped with alcohol regularly to remove dirt and prevent slipping.

7. Felt maintenance: The wool felt shall be inspected regularly to avoid excessive dust and oil stains which may cause slipping of enameled wire.
